Mebo Bridal Ltd will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, simply post your item back to us within 10 days from the receipt of the original order. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after the 10 day period from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all Mebo Bridal tags and labels still attached and must be in their original packaging where possible, to ensure a safe return.
Please note; bespoke or sample garments and accessories may not be returned once purchased as these have already been heavily reduced from the original RRP.
As soon as the item is received, we will notify you to confirm receipt of the item. Once the item has been inspected for any signs of wear or damages and has been approved, we will initiate a full refund to the original payment method or issue store credit if applicable. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping on return, but the initial postage cost for the original order will be refunded by Mebo Bridal Ltd, once approved.
